📦 Complimentary Local Shipping (Hong Kong Only)
- Carrier & Fees: We offer Free Shipping for all domestic orders within Hong Kong, shipped securely via SF Express.
- Delivery Time: In-stock merchandise will be processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customized Jewelry: For bespoke pieces, personalized engravings, or customized sizing (Lab-Grown Diamond Bridal Collection), production and delivery timelines will be individually confirmed with you by our team.
- Signature Required: To safeguard high-value shipments, a direct signature will be required upon delivery for all packages.
- Studio Pick-up: You may also choose to pick up your order directly at our Atelier/Showroom in Hung Hom (Kaiser Estate Phase 3). Please contact our team via WhatsApp to arrange an exclusive appointment.
✈️ International Shipping Policy (Outside of Hong Kong)
- Carrier: International orders are dispatched globally via FedEx International Priority.
- Delivery Time: Your package should arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping.
- Duties and Taxes: Please note that the purchaser/recipient is fully responsible for all import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes applied by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and will be collected at the time of delivery.
